Typical scope for a 3-room Scandi-minimal build: light oak laminate, soft white walls, brushed nickel hardware. Service yard converted into a hidden laundry-and-pantry, freeing the kitchen for cooking only. Floor-to-ceiling built-in storage along the entry hall.
